My work is dedicated to guiding you in deepening your connection to your somatic experience, fostering trust, and unlocking your body’s innate wisdom.
Somatics is the practice of becoming more attuned to your inner sensations, emotions, and the stories that shape you. It involves recognizing the unconscious patterns that have influenced your beliefs, many of which may have been limiting.
By working through the body, we can cultivate a deeper understanding, embodiment, confidence, empowerment, and freedom—all by simply learning to listen. This profound wisdom is the foundation of the Body Liberation Journey.
What is Body Liberation

Body Liberation Journey is a Somatic Movement and Dance Experience for an Embodied Transformation and Healing.
Embodiment means seeing the body as more than a vessel—it’s the integration of all aspects of yourself. It’s about connecting deeply with your lived and felt experiences through your body’s sensations. Developing mindful awareness of your present moment experience allows you to tap into the intelligence and wisdom inherent in your body.
Being present in our bodies allows us to connect deeply with what is alive and unfolding within us in each moment. Through movement, sensing, and feeling, we enter a state of flow—a journey back to ourselves, reclaiming the power we’ve given away. It’s about standing fully in our essence and creating space for play and curiosity. Our body is our most accessible and profound connection to our true selves. It holds all the answers and embodies our wisdom.
Body Liberation Journey invites and empowers each individual to explore their inner realms and discover new ways to express their authentic presence. It encourages surrender, granting the body permission to show up unconditionally, moving freely without judgment or concern for grace. This approach opens pathways for the body to express itself with more fullness, emotionality, and liberation.
Through this journey, we embrace the dance of letting go, entering a space of no-mind, where we connect with deeper wisdom.

Body Liberation Journey is rooted in the principles of somatic dance, offering a path to reconnect with your body and spirit.
I am deeply passionate about moving my body. Movement has truly become my medicine, a gift that arrived at a time when I felt trapped by my mind and at war with myself.
Something within me intuitively guided me to work with my body somatically. As I began to integrate movement and self-expression into my practices, I started tuning into my body’s subtle cues and sensations. This helped me gain deeper insights into my emotions, thought patterns, and behaviors.
I began to connect with my body in a way that unlocked its inherent wisdom. I learned to interpret my sensations, feelings, and emotions, which opened me to new perspectives. This process allowed me to embrace fresh possibilities. The body that was once my prison, has become my refuge.

Breath & Sound
Breath is at the center of all creation. When we breathe in specific ways, we can dynamically engage with our autonomic nervous system and use it as a catalyst for change.
Body Story
By approaching your body with curiosity, receptivity, and a commitment to deep listening, you can uncover profound insights and healing potentials that may not be accessible through the mind alone. Allow your body’s stories to unfold naturally and honor the wisdom they hold.
Slowing Down
Listening to the body involves dropping our attention—even pouring our attention—down from the push and pull of the thinking mind into the field of feeling and perception that is happening right now.
When we slow down and listen, we can attune to what it means to be called into relationship with what it really means to awaken, personally and collectively.



Sensual Wisdom
Sensuality, Sensation and Pleasure are integral parts of our healing journey. Getting comfortable with your sensuality may help to eliminate some barriers that exist when it comes to feeling confident, sexy, and lovable.
Primal Play
At our biological core, we humans are just like Animals. Being primal is part of our nature and when we feel safe we play. To be able to tap into our basic and primal instincts is to drop the facade. Fulfilling the urge, impulse, and desire that wants to be expressed.
Compassionate Touch
Touch activates the care system and the parasympathetic nervous system to help us calm down and feel safe. Research indicates that physical touch releases oxytocin, provides a sense of security, soothes distressing emotions, and calms cardiovascular stress and improves sleep. Touch can be a powerful intervention for self support and mobilizing experiences in the body.
