Body Liberation Journey

A Somatic Dance and Movement Experience for an Embodied Transformation and Healing.
To be Embodied is recognizing the body as not just a container, but the full integration of all aspects of you. A gateway to your lived and felt experience through the sensation of your body. To develop mindful awareness to your present moment experience. It is utilizing the intelligence of your body as a source of wisdom.
Mind-Body Centering ~ Connection
Being in our bodies guides us to come into contact with what is alive and present within us in the moment. Moving, sensing, feeling and coming into flow. A journey back to ourselves, to reclaim the power we’ve given away. To stand fully in our essence and create the space for play and curiosity.
Our body is the most accessible part of us and our greatest connection to who we are. The body knows and holds all the answers.
Re-wilding ~ Spirituality
Body Liberation Journey guides and encourages each individual to move from within their inner realms and explore different ways to express what is present. To surrender, give the body permission, to show up without conditions, to move freely without judgments or concerns for grace. To open the body’s ability to express itself with more fullness, emotionality, and liberation. To get lost in the dance into a space of no-mind so we can connect to a deeper wisdom.

We are not striving for perfection. It’s not about being graceful, having great lines or being pretty. Movement enables each of us to access a part of ourselves that is whole.
So we allow our movement to be whatever needs to be expressed outward. Scream, jump, run, fall, cry, stomp, turn, twist, pulse, shake, crawl or roar.
Movement is a way to connect deeply and authentically to the full range of human emotion.

The Core Elements
Breath & Sound

Breath is at the center of all creation. Coordinating Breath and Movement brings you to the stillness of the spirit within.
When we breathe in specific ways, we can dynamically engage with our autonomic nervous system and use it as a catalyst for change.
Breath and Movement are not separate things.
Breath is Movement.
Synchronizing the breath to our movement can help us keep the mind focused. This concentration keeps you present in your body and out of your head.
To enhance this experience, we invite in sound and vocalization to help relieve tension, open up blocked energy, reduce stress, to balance and harmonize mind and body.
Sound can be used as a bridge to develop and expand our capacity to express and be heard. The vibration of the human voice is considered the most powerful healing force of all.
So raor! Roar from your Heart.
Sensual Wisdom & Touch
The benefits of a more intimate connection with ourselves can be profound. Sensuality lives in slowness of how we move, act, in our awareness, in the inner listening of our bodies. When we own our bodies they come into alignment with our true selves.
When we start to recognize sensuality for what it truly is – a powerful life force within us all – we can harness it as a portal to greater creativity, confidence, and transformation.
Take a journey with me to understand how SENSUALITY can become a vehicle for self-knowledge and personal power. To ignite all of our senses, so that we can fall in love with life so much that our body temple opens with the ecstatic joy of living.
Live Your Truth, Unleash Your Fire, Step Into Your Power to Live Fiercely, Boldly and Unapologetically.

Removing Shame…enables you to understand sensuality as a mindset. It is sensuality that opens the gate to experiencing our authentic self. It allows us to feel deeply connected to ourselves and to others.
Primal & Play

Curiosity ~ Exploration ~ Imagination
At our biological core, we humans are just like Animals. Being primal is part of our nature and when we feel safe we play.
To be able to tap into our basic and primal instincts is to drop the facade. Fulfilling the urge, impulse, and desire that wants to be expressed. Becoming fluid and doing what feels natural and good without trying too hard or forcing.
When one feels safe, movements and expression of emotions can be more spontaneous, and one can be free to realize their fullest potential.
In play, we can reach new heights and depths of fun and enjoyment. To develop creativity, increase coordination, and improve social bonding. We Play to rediscover ourselves anew. To be less serious and more playful, joyful, and alive!
