Slow Embodied Movements
A core element of Body Liberation Journey; sensuality, sensation of pleasure, awakening the mysteries of the body, accessing our desires and life force is our DIVINE birthright.
We have been raised to fear the YES within ourselves, our deepest cravings.
~ Audre Lorde
What I am offering is not just a class, but an experience! Come find your YES by taking a journey with me as we explore all the different ways our bodies climax in joy….to be embodied, sensual, and free. Together we get lost in rhythmic movement, breath, sound, dance and compassionate touch. We are slowing things down as we expand our awareness and open up our senses to guide us back home to ourselves.
This offering was created out of my deep love for moving my body as a way to help me heal from childhood complex trauma. Movement was a way for me to tell my life story through my body…to attune to the world around me.
Nourish and Nurture yourself. You deserve to be taken care of and you must start by taking care of yourself. We end each session with a meditation, reflective journaling, and dialogue as part of the integration process.
I welcome you ALL as we co-create this safe container to hold each other as we show up at whatever movement level works for us.
Tuning into the wisdom of the body, being fully present, and arriving can give us a greater access into understanding the felt sense. The subtle conversations of our body. And from this place, all possibilities become available to us.
Are you ready to fall in love with yourself so much that the divine universe is able to make love to you. It is through the path of being embodied that one learns to become their own soul mate, where they dares to love themselves more than anyone else can.

Improve the Quality of Your
Mind-Body Connection
According to Bessel van der Kolk, author of The Body Keeps the Score, about 80% of the fibers of the Vagus Nerve run from the body to the brain. Hence the bi-directional pathway of communication from gut to brain.
In yoga, the postures and breathing techniques can aid is stimulating the Vagus Nerve thus sending messages of safety to the mind and body, encouraging relaxation and restoration.
Vagus Nerve Somatic Yoga can be an aid to help you be in flow, feel safely embodied, connected with yourself and your environment.
The goal for this session is to build nervous systems flexibility and resilience to return to ease and calm so that the challenges of life feel more manageable.
